Thank you for organising the beautiful holiday to Kerala. Inspite of the very
short notice and few days at hand, the itenerary was good and the holiday was
value for money. We loved the hotels (Tall Trees and Cardomam Country resort),
and the house boat was a great experience. However, the star of the holiday was
our driver (Jaipal ) who was very knowledgable and helpful, in fact far more
than just a driver. At times I suspect he went beyond the realm of duty in
assisting us. In conclusion, we would definitely use Holiday Bliss again for
other similar trips and will recommend your organisation to our family and

be definately contact you for my holidays. About the hotel, the guests had minor
concerns about facilities at Kodai Resort and they said they wrote in feedback
book of Hotel. Guest were perfectly happy in Sidhdhartha and had no issues at
all.

Regarding the experience with Holiday bliss it was friendly and smooth
throughout.Be it the way the air-tickets being booked,hotel rooms being booked
or Visa Processing it was made very easy and hassle free for the
traveller,though i just felt that regarding the ECNR requirement it can be made
clear well in advance. On Tour,Anyways as we had made the choice regarding the
low-cost airlines,the airline and the service wasn't great but we shouldn't
expect more than that was on offer.The accomdation choice of Albert court was
excellent.The location of the lodge was excellent,its close to Li ttle india.The
rooms/facilities provided was good.Infact food available in Albert Court was
also good.We did not avail of the sight-seeing package,we visited the places on
our own.The transportation facilities are superb.Its self-explanatory at most
places.U can move around with some city-maps and train informations guides.
Singapore as such is a wonderful place to visit.I highly recommend the place to
others also i would also like to add that people willing to go should try
through the holiday-bliss people,since it is very easy and hassle-free and you
people are friendly to guide them through.

but it seemed to be bit formal.You cant blame them its a 4-star resort,so they
ought to have that much. Kappad was good in terms of the the sea facing room but
the sea was too violent and the food,we did not have much choice being
vegetarians..I would not recommend it to many people. But overall it was good
and I would like to thank you once again for the arrangements.Thanks Once Again
to you and Holiday Bliss for making this a memorable trip.I am sure I will come
back for more holidays and recommend Holiday Bl iss to everyone I know who is

Thanks for the arrangements first. The trip was memorable and splendid. Pls find
below my detailed feedback: Rain country (Wayanad) ? The stay was good here and
hospitality was good too. Nice scenic place and nice place to trek. But we had a
real great problem in the enroute to the resort. This is placed 3 kms from the
main road. The roads till the main road was good but the 3kms private road to
the resort was very bad and the car had to literally crawl. The great
disadvantage in this is this discourages the tourists to go out once they are
into the resort as they have to travel thru the same rugged path. Apart from
this the resort was really good with good ambience. Back water ripples (Kumarakom)
? Aha?what a place.. This tops our (me and Bargavi) chart. One of the best stays
for me as the Service, Quality of food, Hygiene was at highest levels. Though
you don?t have much to see around the stay itself makes the stay very good.
House boat ? This was an altogether a different and first experience to us. The
only negative factor in this is quality of food which needs improvement. Even
here the experience and the service was very nice Lake palace (Alleppey) ? The
service and hospitality was upto the mark and the stay was pleasant.
Transportation ? Very friendly and courteous drivers. And special thanks to the
person who had arranged all this - Thanks suja?

Overall it was a very good trip and we definitely had some Very pleasurable
moments. The people were good and the resort Was also very nice. There were only
two things that were of concern. One was the currency conversion. As I had to
catch the Trivandrum-male flight with very less time left, I couldn't do the
currency conversion in Trivandrum, but was confident that I would be able to do
that at Male airport as suggested by you, but actually I couldn't. So I was left
with no money in Male and as the flight was delayed, I couldn't see the
concerned person there and I couldn't even make a phone call. Luckily after some
10 minutes or so,that guy came without any identification. I had no choice but
to follow him, but it was good that he identified me somehow. Secondly, the
water in the resort. Actually they don't give you any normal water at any time,
not even in the room nor at any time during lunch, breakfast, or dinner. You
have to buy the water all the time, not only during the time of going out, as
suggested by you. And the water cost in Male and the resort was very different.
In Male we can get the water for 1$ where as in resort it was 3$. You can not
carry so many water bottles with you for drinking at all the time for 5-6 days
surely. I believe these two things you should have made clear before departure
that you have to purchase all the water that you want to drink during your
stay.And that you must convert the currency before departure to Male. The money
part is extremely painful as you can not do the things you want because of lack
of money. I used my credit card thankfully, but even that was not accepted for
small amounts like 1$ etc. For water , either you can ask your agent to arrange
for some good number of water bottles for 1$, which will reduce the cost for us
and also the need to carry the luggage for such a long journey. I believe with
giving a little more clear information to the people will make your service
better and their holiday/stay more pleasurable and enjoyable without bothering
about other things.

facilites and the hospitality was good, except the transportation because Sharma
travels took close to 15 hours while going to Kodai, but then after all the

The Resort was too good but could hardy find some privacy. Not sure if we did
get to Goa at the wrong time. Dona Sylvia is a place to relax and I believe we
should not waste our time for site seeing as the centre of Goa or Panjim is too
far to visit, that consumes lot of our time during a short stay at Goa. I trust
you shouldn?t encourage site seeing if staying far away like the one which we
opted for. Dona Sylvia is very well maintained Resort. Airport transfer wasn?t
that professional. Resort is very clean and tidy but the food wasn?t that
impressive for the money expended. I would rate my holiday as 6.5 on a scale of
1 to 10. 10 being extremely satisfied. The next time I want to travel to Goa, I
might think of Ramada instead of Dona Sylvia.

It was an awesome experience travelling to Kerala, most of it cos you scheduled
my trip. It all started with I forgetting to carry along the vouchers given by
you.It was after boarding the train that I realized...and you took care of it so
well that I did not feel i made a mistake. Secondly on reaching Alleppey, I had
booked for a delux house boat but to my suprise I was given a Super delux house
boat (guess it was an ONAM special).The cab guy was very humble and good. He is
an excellent guy. And not to forget the hotel in Munnar (BLACK BERRY RESORT).
They were so hospitable.At this point i have to tell you what happened in munnar.
After roaming around the whole day in munnar , I had found that i had a leech
bite.Initially i did not know it was a leech and started getting paniky as my
leg did not stop bleeding . But the resort guys were so good that the Executive
director himself took me to the TATA hospital in the town which was 6 KM away.(6
km is not less in a hilly area).All and all it was a very good trip. I recommed
holiday bliss and especially BLACK BERRY RESORT in munnar to everyone.I have say
this to all the people who feel they dont need a travel agent and can manage
everything by booking stuff online Agents Will Go the Extra Mile - Agents work
for you and will do everything they can to meet your travel needs. Some agents
like Suja Thomas, holiday bliss literally go that extra mile to help their
clients.NOTE: This is not my first vacation. I traveled with Cox and kings to
Europe and ASCON to malaysia, thailand.

Our trip to Kodaikanal was great. My feedback on stay at ?Hill Country Resort?
Kodaikanal: Service at restaurant and food quality was amazing. Especially the
restaurant service by Mr. Padmanabhan and Mr. Sasikumar was great. Room service
and house keeping was also great. Hill country resort location is very good.
Outside place at resort is maintained very nicely. We liked the place very much.
Response and service from reception (Front Desk) was too bad. But I would say
because of above all front desk issues didn?t bother much. Structure of Deluxe
Suit rooms is little strange. For ex: There are no 2-way switches at bed room,
there is no phone/TV inside bed room and bath room looks too ordinary. Over all
we enjoyed the trip and thank you very much for making our trip pleasant. Please
do convey my thanks to restaurant, room service and housing keeping guys.

The trip it went well. The Asia travels agent at Malaysia were pretty good
except that at genting our hotel reservation was cancelled and then we had to
wait for a couple of hours at the eception.Another thing is that we found th e
hotel rooms we were staying in Kaulalampur pretty average. We wanted to shift to
a higher end but it would have been a painful process as the travel agent gets
the room at a lower cost , so to work out those details would have taken a
longer time. So I can suggest that you give a choice to your customers like us
about the hotel rooms.. may be we can choose.. ya I agree that first time we go
we will not have an idea and from next time on we ourselves would ask for a
better room. There was no problem with the pick up's and drop off.. but we
sometimes found it difficult to reach the Asia travel ppl. Anyways, Thanks for
everything.

We had a pleasant vacation. The trip was very good. Locations exceeded my
expectations. Travel and accommodation arrangements were very good. Service from
your partner Heat Flexi Travels was excellent. Regarding the accommodation, I
would put them this way: 1) Kalimpong - Hotel Silver Oaks - Very Good 2) Royal
Plaza - Gangtok - Excellent 3) Norbu Ghang Resort - Pelling - Good. The resort
location is great. Unfortunately the weather was not good when we were there.
Only weak point of the place is cleanliness. They should improve the cleanliness
of their restaurent. 4) Cedar Inn - Darjeeling - Very good, Hotel location is
great. Regarding transportation - Except for one stretch of transfer from
Kalimpong to Gangtok, all vehicles were good and the a ttitude of drivers
excellent. For Kalimpong to Gangtok, the vehicle initally assigned had its
Sikkim permit expired. So an alternate vehicle was provided. It was average.
Over all I would say, the services were very good. No need for them to say that
the area is underdeveloped and hotels are not good etc. Roads in Sikkim are very
good compared to some of our roads. Couple of small suggestions to Heat Flexi
travels: They could have informed us in advance that the two tourist points:
Singsor Bridge and Dentam village are in-accessible due to road being washed
away. They informed it only when we reached Pelling. Also if they can procure
weather forecast and provide it, it would be great!

I received this package at Marquette Beach Resort as a wedding gift from my
friend who works in Philips Semiconductors. All in all the package was realy
nice. The resort though small is really good and the beach is accesible from the
resort itself. My package included food too and I believe that I made a wise
choice of including it in the package as the restaurant in the resort was infact
expensive. The food in the restaurant was ordinary (as compared to the prices
they charged). Overall, I was very satisfied with the attendants and services I
received. We really did enjoy it while we were there...

Thanks for Arranging the Trip well. It was indeed a good trip. Trip : 3Nights
and 4 Days Stay : Kodai Resort I have some comments / feedback. Positive
Feedbacks 1. The Seight Seeing Tour was arranged well 2. Value for Money 3.
Kodai Resort is very near to Many Attractions Mainly Kodai Lake,Coaker's Walk,
Kodai Bus Stand and Market. 4. Food was fine 5. Room Service was fine Negative
Feedbacks / Suggestions for Improvements 1. Kodai Resort - Room Freshners have
to be used 2. Flooring can be provided with carpets mainly for the chill weather
3. It says 24Hr Hot water Supply but that is not true, We get hot water only
till afternoon and towards evening and night we do not get hot water in taps we
will have to call the Maintenance /Reception and ask them to on the Water heater
which is really bad. 4. Toilets are bit cramped 5. For Vegetarians the food
options are ok, The Night Dinner they can include the tiffin varieties. Also on
one day we found that the Dal Fry which was supposed to be Vegetarian food had
the Non-Veg Taste which I had brought in notice with the Food Manager. Food
Options should be more flexible and I find that the options are more favourable
to Non-Vegetarians and Stringly feel that there should be some substitute for
the Non-Veg food for a Veg seeker. I had booked Kodai Resort for 3 Nights and 4
Days, I had checked in on 7th Dec 06 at 9:30 A.M now as per 3 Nights and 4 Days
when is that I should check out of the hotel . I need a clarification on this, I
was asked to check out on 10th Dec 06 by 12:00 p.m the Checkout time is 10:00AM
got grace time of 2 hrs. Which is the 4th Day I thought the Package was for 4
Days and 3 Nights,but the 4th Day was not fully given to us. Thanks a lot for
all your arrangements and support.

the arrangements. To start with Pangkor, the resort was really very beautifull &
u can spend entire days out there in different activities. Veg food was also
never a problem. Room was also good. How the three days went we never realised.
It was great fun. Then comes KL. The place where we stayed was just opposite t o
the entrance of KL tower. And from our room we had a wonderfull view of the KL
city including the Petronas Tower. The only problem was hotel doesn't look like
a decent hotel as they don't have proper entrance & a lobby. But this opinion
changed once we entered into our room & restaurant. Room was amazing. It had a
small kitchen where you can cook also. It is in the main city area, from where
most of the shopping malls & petronas were just 5-10 mins away. Just for your
referrence, please inform all the people planning to visit skybridge in Petronas
tower, that there is an entrance ticket (free) for it.And sale of tickets starts
from 7.30 AM & ends by 9.30. There are only limited tickets for a day.So any
visitor planning to visit it, needs to first collect the ticket & then go. Apart
from this, for city site seeing, u can advice people to take cab.Rates are OK.
Now the Langkawi: Place is really beautifull.And the resort was also very good.
The best part of the resort was its location. Within a km, there were 3 Indian
restaurants.The shopping market & as well as under-water world are all very
nearby. Onething which I would like you to mention to your customers is that for
sight seeing, they should not take the package tours.They are not good & they do
not cover all things. The best mode of transport is to book a local taxi. This
is the cheapest mode of transport & they cover the entire island. And another
thing is, u should ask ur visitors, not to miss cable car.....(This is the place
where the climax of new DON is shot). It is really too good. For water sports,
both Pangkor & Langkawi were good places & these activities totally depend on
the weather conditions. So better is to book these things after reaching the
resort only. And another thing is, you should tell people to take a plug
convertor for any electronic items. In all our overall experience was good. The
people from Asia Experience were really good & always on time. We never waited
for ev en a minute. If you need any further information, then please let me

First if all, thanks for the last minute bookings that you got for us. Though
the prices were on the higher side, I appreciate the service you provided in
getting Phuket travel and stay. The hotel Karon Sea Sands in Phuket was adorable
and the hospitality we got from the staff there was fantastic. I would
definitely recommend Phuket and the hotel there. The hotel at Bangkok and the
travel arrangement for the city tour were good. On the flip side, the pick up
and drop promised at Phuket did not materialize and disappointed us. For a short
trip like this, working on getting things arranged at the location is
inconvinient and time-taking and hence definitely frustrating. I would have
appreciated if this could have been taken care of. I hope atleast I can get a
refund of the money that I had to shell out for the service which I had already
paid for. If I cannot arrange for the bills that are required, if you can
correspond with the Karon Sea Sands staff to get the details it would be cool
since this whole thing is already an overhead to me. On the whole thanks for the
great service, I hope to travel with you soon, Keep meposted on any exciting
package offers, espscially to Maldives. P.S: Contact me for any details
regarding the taxi refund, I seriously hope you can work it out without me
having to search deep for the bills.
